I am a Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant by profession, with over 30 years of global experience & a career footprint across several countries. I have gained invaluable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, International Business Strategy, Business Process Optimization, Restructuring, and Risk Management.

In 2015, I established Kontakt India, to offer consultation to  SMEs from India & Europe on technical and commercial collaborations, joint ventures, and business development.

In 2017, I was appointed as Chairman of the BVMW Representative Office in India, which is a German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
